We personally process all orders which are then shipped directly to you. Orders are completed within 2-3 days after receipt. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for domestic shipping, excluding Sundays and holidays and 7-21 days for international.

Please know we do not issue refunds, but we do accept returns for exchange, due to damage caused during shipment, receipt of an incorrect item or size-related issues. All return items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging. Please email us at info@browngurls.com for the return mailing address.

 

All returns/exchanges must be mailed back within 12 days (U.S. domestic) or 28 days (international) from the date your original order was shipped. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment. Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt.​
